The malt in this beer includes Pilsner, Wheat, and Caraplis, providing a robust yet balanced base. The Bavarian Lager yeast contributes to the beer’s overall smoothness and depth of flavour. The kettle hops used are Perle and Saphhir, which add a subtle hoppiness to this refreshing brew.
