As a PerfectDraft machine owner, you can rest assured that your investment is protected by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Who covers this warranty differs depending on which machine you have.
In the unlikely event that your machine develops a fault within this period, you can take advantage of the warranty.
To benefit from the warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase in the form of your original invoice or a copy, which we can provide if necessary. This will ensure that your machine is covered for the full warranty period from the date of purchase.
If your PerfectDraft machine develops a fault within the warranty period, the first step is to contact our customer service team. They will be able to advise you on the best course of action and guide you through the process.
The warranty does not cover consumable parts or normal wear and tear. Please ensure to install and operate the PerfectDraft machine in compliance with the instructions contained in the user manual. The warranty will not apply in case the defect or damage is due to incorrect use, poor maintenance or if alterations or repairs have been carried out by unauthorized third parties. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
If your machine has been damaged in this way, our customer service team will still be able to help you contact the manufacturer, but you may need to pay for the repair.
