Cuvee Premium – White French Champagne.Tsarine is made by Chanoine Frères, which was founded in 1730; only the house of Ruinart is older.
The Tsarine cuvée was originally created in honour of the Russian tsars, since Russia was a major export market for champagne in the nineteenth century.
Relaunched in 2000, the Tsarine range comes in a very distinctive and unique bottle, with ridged swirls instead of a smooth surface.

Ageing: 10 months on the lees.

Tasting Notes: Delicate bubbles reflecting hints of green and gold. Nose: Lime flowers and lemon balm mingle with notes of bitter orange and quince. Palate: Fresh with an elegant crisp acidity. Medium body.
