Vinification Details: The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is vinified at a low temperature so to help retain the zingy lemon and lime flavours of this Sauvignon Blanc.

Regional Information: Surrounded by ocean and mountains, Marlborough is blessed with blissful weather, with the free draining stony soils, long days of sunshine and a relatively cool climate. Those long dry days, contrasted with crisp cool nights, helped vintners extend the ripening period for their grapes, creating a bit of magic. Marlborough is now famous the world over for its zingy, grassy and herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc – it’s our taste of summer in a glass.
